From Rocky landscape to Oasis: a Garden by the Coast.
Kora Maresía is an exceptional residential complex located on the east coast of Lanzarote. It is designed as a true natural refuge that establishes a deep connection with the surrounding marine landscape.
LA TARDE is responsible for developing a comprehensive spatial design that transforms all exterior spaces into memorable experiences. Our proposal allows for the continuation of the coastal landscape into the interior of the plot, ensuring a complete integration of the complex into its environment, both aesthetically and environmentally. Inside, an oasis of lush vegetation is created, providing a distinctive identity and a welcoming atmosphere. This combination of strategies contributes to forging a unique identity for the complex.
The landscape proposal is organized into a sequence of open spaces that prioritize the visitor experience. Lush gardens, cozy rest areas, and panoramic viewpoints offer intimate moments and a direct visual connection with the stunning marine landscape, enriching the identity of Kora Maresía and ensuring a varied sensory experience.
The use of vegetation adapted to the climate of Lanzarote and the selection of local materials not only enhances coastal biodiversity but also minimizes the carbon footprint and promotes a circular economy. Understanding the uniqueness of Lanzarote is fundamental to this project; every design element, from textures and materials to shapes and colors, reflects the essence of the island, facilitating an authentic immersion in its culture and natural environment.
The landscaping of Kora Maresía is a true refuge that invites exploration of the island's natural beauty, where each space is meticulously designed to foster a connection with the environment and the well-being of its inhabitants.
